After a month of having to be away from the gym, I’m back at it! I won’t lie, the workout destroyed me 😳 The photos are from the very last movement - Hojo really helped pushed me through. Between the full day at work, brutal workout, cooking dinner, and general poor sleep the last few nights.. I’m going to prioritize rest tonight 😝 I plan to wake up early before work tomorrow to get a couple posts out for you all!
